Privacy Policy

AuraArc is designed so you can use it without creating an account. If you choose to sign in or upload photos and videos, this policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and where it is stored.

1. Information We Collect

Account information, if you choose to sign in: AuraArc uses Firebase Authentication. Depending on the sign-in method you choose, this may include your email address, display name, profile photo, and a Firebase user identifier. Sign-in is optional.
Content you choose to add: If you upload photos or videos, or attach them to achievements, we store that content and related metadata you choose to save in the app. Adding media is optional.
App content and preferences: If you use cloud backup or sync features, AuraArc may store achievements, categories, preferences, and backup metadata you choose to save.
Basic technical data: Firebase services may process limited device, diagnostic, and security information needed to provide and protect the service.

2. How We Use Information

Authenticate your account if you sign in.
Store and restore the content you choose to save.
Provide cloud backup, sync, and media storage features.
Maintain app functionality, troubleshoot issues, and help prevent abuse or unauthorized access.

3. Where Information Is Stored

Authentication data is handled by Firebase Authentication.
App records, backup metadata, and related user data may be stored in Cloud Firestore.
Photos, videos, and other uploaded files may be stored in Cloud Storage for Firebase.

Cloud Firestore data at rest is encrypted by default using Google's default encryption. Cloud Storage for Firebase runs on secure Google Cloud infrastructure and uses Firebase SDKs designed to secure file uploads and downloads.

4. Optional Features

All account creation and cloud storage features are optional. You can use AuraArc without creating an account, and you can skip uploading photos or videos. If you do not sign in, we do not intentionally collect an account profile for you.

5. How We Share Information

AuraArc does not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising. We may use trusted Firebase and Google Cloud services to host, store, and secure your data as part of operating the app.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated cloud data using the account deletion page linked from the app and Play listing.

7. Children's Privacy

AuraArc is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to AuraArc, contact us so we can review and delete the information if appropriate.

8. Your Choices

You can use the app without creating an account.
You can avoid uploading photos or videos.
You can request account deletion through the public deletion page.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page with the revised policy.
