Request permanent deletion of your AuraArc account

Sign in with the account you want deleted, review the details below, and confirm the request. AuraArc only stores the request after the signed-in user approves it.

1. Sign in to verify ownership

Use the same Firebase login you used in AuraArc. Email/password and Google sign-in are supported here. Once signed in, the request form is prefilled with your login email.

What happens next

What gets deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account for AuraArc.
Your achievements, categories, preferences, and related cloud records.
Photos, videos, and uploaded backup files stored for your account.

What may be retained

Minimal records needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Deletion request logs kept only as long as necessary to process the request.
Aggregated telemetry that cannot reasonably identify you.
